Chubb Fire & Security is currently recruiting for Commercial Sales Consultants for Fire & Security Systems. The main goal of this role is to sell the full portfolio of fire detection / Security and prevention solutions and services to a range of customers and new customer prospects in the business-to-business market within the Dorset/Hampshire/Wiltshire area.

Whilst we are ideally seeking candidates with proven solution-based sales experience, we would also be keen to speak with Fire / Security System Engineers (Service, Install or Commissioning) who are looking to move into sales.


Job Description
  • Focus will be Fire biased sales activity.
  • Develop existing and cultivate new customer relationships within your territory in line with your Individual sales plan.
  • Design Fire & Life Safety Systems in line with customer requirements and government regulations
  • Achieve and exceed monthly / annual targets for installation order value, gross margin, and recurring revenue.
  • Lead demand-generating activities in an assigned market for the product specialty.
  • Build a sales pipeline to support the Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly targets for growth.

Qualifications
  • Technical knowledge of Fire systems, ideally with FIA Qualification and knowledge of British life safety standards- Engineers welcome, as are candidates with a predominantly Security orientated background.
  • Technical, solution-based sales background
  • Strong territory management and sales planning skills
  • Training
  • Current UK driving licence
