We are seeking diligent and customer focused individuals for a dynamic customer service role. In this position, you will handle inbound calls, emails, and tickets for a FinTech global payment solutions company
Please note all Odondo roles are offered on a self-employed basis only and you are required to have your own equipment.
Key Responsibilities
· First point of contact for customers seeking help with any/all incoming queries
· Assist customers via phone calls and emails
· Take ownership of incoming Zendesk tickets and resolve promptly and accurately
· Guide customers on the use of the Dashboard, while highlighting the benefits during your interactions
· KYC strict requirements
· Ensure new and existing customers have a seamless experience throughout the process
· Speed and Quality are important as we are bound by challenging KPIs
· Complex and Technical product, therefore quick learning abilities and remaining calm under pressure are valued skills
Requirements
· Outstanding customer service background complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and consistently meet targets
· Strong attention to detail and an innate ability to complete tasks
· Experience using Zendesk and Vonage are a plus, however previous experience using ticketing software is essential.
· Comprehensive client training on our products and services will be provided.

Part-time hours: 15 per week
Salary: £10.50 per hour
