Waiter
Having been recently awarded 'Best Independent Restaurant' in Staffordshire, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team.

We are looking for people with great personal skills who are great communicators and have a great attention to detail for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that customer service across the restaurant is of a premium quality at all times, both from yourself and from junior members of the FOH team.
- Immaculately presented
- Comprehensive knowledge of our venue, company, food & drinks menus
- Ensure customers dietary requirements or any allergens are understand and clearly communicated with them
- Ensure service is timely
- Ensure drinks are topped up, bread served, table clean
- Identify training requirements & actively train junior members of the FOH team and develop their skills to exacting standards
- Be responsible for monitoring uniform standards, attendance, time-keeping and professionalism amongst all servers and runners .
- To listen to guests, encourage feedback, and ensure that we have met or exceeded their expectations throughout their visit.
- Complete all checklists and provide exceptional service.
Off-Service Responsibilities
- Enhance your product knowledge so that you can explain all food/beverages to guests.
- Spend time learning about the background and history of the restaurant to be able to sell the vision to all guests.
- Always maintain restaurant cleanliness to company standards.
- Set up and close down checklists to be completed and recorded.
- Attend staff training sessions and team meetings to ensure development and a good understanding of the ethos and expected standards.
How we will look after you:
Monthly Tronc payments of approx £3000 + per year in addition to your usual rate of pay.
- 5.6 weeks holiday with a 1 week summer and winter annual shut down of the restaurant.

- 4 days operation, Thursday to Sunday, meaning you get 3 days off every week!

- Uniforms and meals are provided while on duty.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
