We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our tech business on a part-time basis. As the Finance Manager, your primary responsibility will be to streamline our billing and payments processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. You will play a crucial role in managing financial operations and providing financial insights to drive business growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and a solid understanding of the tech industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement streamlined billing and payments processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage the end-to-end billing process, including generating invoices, monitoring collections, and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer support, to ensure billing accuracy and timely payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments, communicating with customers to resolve any billing issues.
- Reconcile financial transactions and resolve discrepancies between internal records and external data.
- Prepare regular financial reports, including revenue forecasts, cash flow analysis, and aging reports, to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations for financial improvement.

Qualifications:
