As a Governance and Reporting analyst within the Financial Crime Centre of Excellence (FC CoE), you’ll be supporting the delivery, development and enhancement of the Financial Crime (FC) governance and reporting frameworks.
You’ll be preparing packs, attending and writing minutes for important risk and control meetings. You’ll be engaging with senior stakeholders to collate information and understand their issues. You’ll also get the opportunity to be involved in policy and process review.

Supporting the Governance and Reporting Team in activities related to executing the Financial Crime reporting obligations.
Acting as a conduit between stakeholders to drive forward governance and reporting activities across the business.
Drafting and distributing materials for financial crime related governance forums and preparing papers for senior management committees & board level reporting
Gathering, creating, and collating the forum materials required for the upcoming meetings.
Supporting the production of MI and reports key metrics into the relevant governance fora.
Supporting the documentation of relevant procedures and supporting materials to a high quality
What you’ll bring.
We are looking for people who can help shape, influence and transform the Bank’s capabilities, ensuring we continue to disrupt financial crimes, and support and enable the right outcomes for our customers .
Demonstrable experience of creating and analysing meeting packs and taking accurate minutes
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
It would also be nice for you to have.
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to assimilate and analyse complex information.
Broad knowledge of Financial Crime including AML, Sanctions and AB&C
What else you need to know.
This is a 9-month fixed-term contract role based in our offices in Milton Keynes.
You will be expected to attend the office twice per week.
