Blayze Group are excited to partner a rapidly expanding Real Estate Investment Boutique to find a talented, dynamic and hardworking ACA qualified accountant to become their Financial Controller.
This role will manage the UK finance function: month end reporting, management accounts, key MI analysis, budgeting and forecasting, tax reporting and management of the finance team of 4. Strong finance experience in the Real Estate industry is essential as this role has collateral responsibilities across to investment analysis and due diligence, investor relations and tax structuring.
Key to this role is a positive drive and ownership of responsibilities, with a desire to be part of and to influence commercial/investment decisions. This role will move forward to Finance Director for the individual who displays those attributes.
