The Requirements
We are seeking a professionally qualified accountant who is well versed in both terms of technical ability and also mentoring members of the team. Our client might consider a qualified by experience accountant, however there would need to be significant demonstrable practical experience. Our client describes themselves as being passionate about their brand. They have a unique culture within the business where everyone is of equal standing from the main board to the operational employees on the shop floor. The organisation is chaotic and will be daunting to those who want structure and rigidity. The hours of work are flexible (throughout the company), however there is a strong culture of accountability and if you are expected to get something done, it needs to be done promptly. The role holder will be remotely based (working from home), however we are only looking at candidates who are based in central Scotland (as you may be required to meet the team from time to time).
