Job Description
- Analysis of daily, weekly and monthly reporting to management of sales and gross margin
- Understand variances in actual sales vs budget vs latest forecast
- Deep comprehension of sales and gross margin by channel, category, customer and SKU
- Monitor and report ROI for all promotional activity
- Pro-actively monitor customer and SKU performance and highlighting opportunities, risks or anomalies
- Consolidate sales and gross margin, for all business forecasting
- Review and critically interrogate forecast sales
- Based on forecasting, provide material and packaging requirements to relevant buyers
- Support planning to circulate inventory reports to aid business understanding of stock levels and drive working capital improvements
- Support operational team to report on manufacturing site performance
- Work with the BA team to maintain all databases and become the key user able to extract and analyse sales and margin, distribution, stock, purchasing and operations
- Go to team for ad hoc data analysis
