Assist with the financial planning and budgeting processes, analyze financial statements and reports, develop financial models, prepare projections, support with monthly close process, and perform research & analysis as may be required by leadership.
Job Duties
- Review and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Track KPIs and preparing financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting and monthly close processes.
- Understand key business drivers.
- Assist project teams with financial guidance and report development.
- Develop financial projections and build financial models.
- Perform research and analysis as required.
- Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling preferably manufacturing experience.
- Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
- Working knowledge of financial strategies.
- Experience working with & supporting reporting for various stakeholders (management, PE, lenders, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Proficient with SAP, Oracle, JDE, Power BI, or related financial/ERP systems.
