As we continue to expand during 2023, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our Finance team on a full time, permanent basis!
As an FP&A Analyst you will support the Chief Finance Officer and Group Financial Controller in the production of key financial information. In this influential role, you will produce high quality financial and management information to improve the decision-making processes across iamproperty.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Actively supporting the Senior Management Team with the preparation of management accounts, data interpretation and analysis.
- Analysing KPI's with reference to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts using insights from month end to improve accuracy.
- Preparation of board pack inputs and interpretation of the results
- Managing weekly flash reporting and communicating to non-finance stakeholders
- Identify both opportunities and risks through financial modelling and analysis
- Supporting new and arising projects
- Assisting senior management with adhoc finance projects
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of Finance,Accounting,and Strategy- essential
- Be ACA/CIMA qualified, with a strong background in financial analysis
- Have strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong commercial acumen, the foresight to ask the right questions and the skills to work effectively with other areas of the finance function
- Have a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
- Exposure to Private Equity is highly desirable

Salary: £55,000.00 per year
