What you can expect:
- Weekly store sales reporting
- Support reporting to align with the company strategic objectives
- Monthly accounting for all property costs
- Work closely with wider finance team to ensure accurate reporting of costs
- Monthly reporting and analysis of all retail costs. In particular, store payroll
- Supporting BP for Quarterly forecasting and Annual budgeting of full Retail P&L, Sales, Margin and costs
- Develop strong relationships with the Retail team and work with field team to drive cost efficiencies
- Seek opportunities to drive positive change in finance and/or business processes to improve efficiency, maximise value for money and improve stakeholder experience
- Provide investment appraisals for new stores and renovation projects and timely preparation of Board Packs for Group level approval
- Manage staff commission and store manager bonus calculation
- Seek opportunities to drive positive change in finance and/or business processes to improve efficiency, maximise value for money and improve stakeholder experience
Your profile:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels within the company.

- Able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities successfully
Work effectively and efficiently with the ability to establish credibility.
Preferred experience/skills
- Commercial Finance experience
- Part Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
- Preferable background in a retail environment or multi-site businesses or online retailing
- Experience in SAP would be preferable
- Strong excel skills and experience in building MI Reporting
