We are going through an exciting period of growth and expansion, which has created an excellent opportunity for a full-time professional Administrator to join our well established and highly successful Practice in Sherborne.

Working as part of the team at Peter Harding Wealth Management (who are an Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Wealth Management plc*) as our Financial Services Administrator you will be an integral part of our fast-paced team providing support to a team of advisers and paraplanners as well as being our ‘front of house’ meeting and greeting any clients who come to the office.

About the role

As our Financial Services Administrator, you will:

· Provide a high level of administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service

· Liaise with clients and third parties in relation to the Practice and act as the first point of contact for client administrative queries

· Be responsible for business submission, applications and fund switches using bespoke software

· Prepare meeting rooms, information and valuations required for client meetings

· Assist with marketing administration tasks within the Practice

· Manage our Ongoing Review process for our clients and other administrative tasks as required in such a role.

About you

This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and has a ‘can do’ working style.

You will have previously worked in an administrative role, ideally within the Financial Services sector, be a self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision, have excellent IT and communication skills, and are highly organised and can make decisions.

It is essential that as an Administrator you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion.
