Job Responsibilities
- Managing regulatory driven change/transformation initiative across the EMEA region
- Get Involved in implementing enhancements and process improvements working across a wide range of stakeholders
- Data requirement analysis/Identification of any data gaps of the regulatory reporting.
- Engagement with Technology for build of requirements and perform analysis and complex testing roles.
- Ensure any defects are raised, monitored, and re-tested for user acceptance.
- Provide project Lead with regular updates on the status of the project and ensure milestones of project are kept
- Review work of analysts assigned to the project.

- Strong interpersonal and team working skills.
- A self-starter, motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work under pressure to meet changing work requirements and strict deadlines.
- Ability to escalate any key risks and implementation issues to the Project Lead
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written - at all levels.
- Control mind-set and attention to detail.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- ACA or ACCA / CIMA Part Qualified or Qualified Accountant
- Good accounting and finance knowledge of investment banking products including derivatives / financing transactions
- Good working knowledge with reporting tool Axiom
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - MS Excel, MS Access, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
