This position is part of the Finance Outsourcing Governance & Control (FOGC) function within the Finance Division's Global Centralised Management organisation and is key to contributing to the execution the Firm's Deployment and Outsourcing strategy. This Global Finance team works closely with many levels of Management to ensure all applicable global outsourcing regulations and documentation requirements are adhered to.
With increased regulatory focus and scrutiny around Outsourcing Governance, this role will tackle a diverse set of tasks that require key skills such as strong communication, documentation and attention to detail, critical thinking, data analytics, and excellent time management in order to meet tight regulatory deadlines and prioritise workload in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

What will you be doing?
Working within the FOGC team's Projects sub-team, you will be involved in both cyclical and ad-hoc initiatives. For example:
- Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of outsourcing inventories submitted for regulatory request
- Preparing submissions to Governance forums
- Ensuring risk assessments are completed and submitted in a timely manner
- Maintaining completeness and accuracy of various data sources
- Updating supervision documentation to align with both Firm policy and regional specific requirements
- Monitor adherence to Firm's outsourcing governance framework and controls
Communicating and engaging with stakeholders across many divisions of the firm and in its many locations
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in an Accounting, Finance, Consulting, or a relevant role
- Interest in governance and controls frameworks generally, compliance and regulatory requirements, or a specific interest in outsourcing oversight.
- Analytical - Exceptional critical thinking; understands how to break down a problem and apply a practical solution
- Technical - Microsoft: Proficient in Excel including pivot tables, formulas and data manipulation, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
Certified Persons Regulatory Requirements:
This role is deemed as a Certified role and may require the role holder to hold mandatory regulatory qualifications or the minimum qualifications to meet internal company benchmarks.
