Finance Officer (Creditors and Payments)
Grade 3, £21,189 up to £22,369 per annum pro rata
37 hours per week on a permanent contract
We have an exciting opportunity to join our busy Finance team. As an integral part of the team, you be responsible for a variety of tasks mainly supporting the creditors and payment function.
You will be responsible for a variety of duties relating to finance and purchasing including: -
- Processing of invoices
- Maintaining creditors inbox
- Liaising with suppliers and service areas
- Scanning and indexing
- Payment runs
- Ad hoc
We operate a ‘hybrid working’ model with a mix of office based, home and remote working available when suitable. The contractual base will be office based with agreed flexibility to work from home or at remote working locations in the borough
