Finance Manager - UK&I Remote
Job description
We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team and be a key member of the BU Financial Control team. As the UK&I Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in leading the implementation and development of best-in-class accounting processes and controls to ensure the delivery of accurate and complete reporting of UK&I financial results.

This role will involve working closely with the UK&I Financial Controller, as well as collaborating with the UK operational and commercial teams to understand business results and manage stakeholder relationships. - Preparation and completion of the month end accounts for specific elements of the UK&I Business.
- Supporting the production of monthly consolidated management accounts for the UK&I business with appropriate variance analysis and commentary
- Review, challenge and sign off balance sheet reconciliations for key and subjective account balances
- Provide day to day support and management of 2 Analysts
- Develop relationships within the Costa finance community to ensure the management accounts are reflective on any changes/movements
- Design and implementation of Sox Controls
- Financial system reconciliations (D365/HFM)
- Balance Sheet Pack preparation for FD review
- Managing Control Sheets/Month End task lists
- Supporting with Internal and External Audit queries
- Preparation of accounting papers and supporting from an accounting and control perspective on new business initiatives
- Supporting the drive of process excellence and the effective use of automation

- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Technical knowledge – IFRS and US GAAP advantageous
