Finance and Office Manager, Dial Partners LLP
The Role
To Manage the finance of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Core Hours will be Monday to Friday 9- 6 PM; there will be times when the individual be required to work beyond these hours. The role is based in Mayfair, London, some flexible working can also be accommodated.

2009, our services include:

Valuations and investment opportunities
We have a core team of approximately 10 people in the Mayfair office.
We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Balance sheet reconciliations and maintenance of ledgers
- Preparation for quarterly Board Meetings
- Statutory compliance reporting to FCA via Gabriel and Connect
- Preparation of annual budgets, cash flow forecasts and medium-term projections
- Preparation of annual accounts (audited by external accountants)
- Managing accounts payable and receivable functions, making all payments to suppliers, payroll etc
- Preparation and Submission of quarterly VAT Returns
- HR Function, recruiting staff, dealing with staff departures and maintaining HR records in line with government legislation. Making payroll payments and managing pension records.
- Dealing with all third party supplier relationships, managing contracts etc (Office
Management)

Education and Experience
- Qualified (ACA / ACCA) with post qualified experience
- Able to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment effectively
- Experience of budgeting, reporting and finance operations
- Strong systems experience with financial reporting software, Advanced Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel

- Excellent communications skills, verbal and written, dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Good IT skills
- Organisational and time management skills and must be able prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and able to support a diverse team of individuals
- Confidentiality and discretion are required at all times
- Gravitas to work with senior individuals, both internal and external
- Flexible, adaptable, can-do attitude is a must.
