I am looking for a fully qualified Finance Manager who is ambitious, and forward thinking, looking to join a hugely progressive organisation in the heart of Cardiff. (2/ 3 days in the office and with clients expected).
So, what does a typical 'day in the life of' look like, and this can be tailored to your current skill set of course…?
- Operational finance- including accounts payable/ accounts receivable review and management
- Bank reconciliation, general ledger accounting/ management accounting including actuals, budgets and forecasts.
- Financial Control, balance sheet review
- Financial Accounting which includes preparing of financial statements under applicable reporting standards
- Period/ end year processes
- Collaborate with teams across the wider business
- Management of a team of highly talented finance professionals!
The skills and experience I need you to have is as seen below:
- Fully ACCA or CIMA qualified with 5/6 years post qualification experience
- Open to the industry you have been working with, and if you are looking for a match we can offer that, or a change!
- People management experience, and a clear passion for this!
- Experience working within a Management Accountant, Financial Accountant, FP&A or Finance BP capacity would be brilliant!
What we are looking to offer in return:
- £50k-£55k DOE plus a bonus!
