Finance Manager - Operations UK & EU
Leeds (Thorpe Park) / Hybrid - 2 days per week WFH
As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a Finance Manager (Operations UK & EU) to our global team.
OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Finance Manager to lead our UK & EU Operations Finance team. You will be working in a fast-paced, ambitious team with a real focus on continuous improvement. The role will work closely with our business partners in the UK & EU Operations team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do (RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Responsibility for the EU & UK Operations month end close, including accurate reporting and insightful commentary.
- Work closely with the FP&A team to support their forecasting and analysis of Operations costs.
- Business partner with the VP of Operations and Director of Distribution to support business decisions and improvements.
- Become the subject matter expert on cost base for all UK & EU products.
- Lead and develop 3 team members.
- Supporting the Operations team with Oracle 'go live' in Spring 2023 and embracing the exciting new functionality of the system.
- Be a key member of the new Refurbishment project as it develops and scope increases.
ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS (REQUIREMENTS):
- Highly numerate with strong analytical ability
- Resourceful, well organised, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with both financial and non-financial management
- Methodical and diligent with a willingness to work toward and manage tight deadlines.
- Have a can-do attitude and work well within a team
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Finance/Accounting required
- CIMA or ACCA Qualified
