A highly regarded, rapidly expanding FinTech firm is looking to grow their London-based Finance team by hiring a Finance Manager to support their rapidly expanding UK operation based in the City of London.

Job description
This new, strategic, high-profile position will report directly into the CFO giving you excellent exposure to decision makers and internal processes. A major part of this role is to be in charge of the creation and monitoring of KPIs & financial performance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Manage the accounting team, accompanying them on subjects and providing expertise
- Oversee general accounting and monthly closing
- Follow the accounting operations of the UK operation
- Work with the Finance teams in other countries
- Work closely with the Accounting team to prepare the documents such as balance sheets for reports and filing
- Day-to-day cash management
- Participate in the development of social accounts and tax packages
- Be in charge of the creation and monitoring of internal controls
Requirements
- Ideally either ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience
- Will also consider outstanding candidates with relevant experience but without formal qualifications
- Excellent analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience working with Accountancy software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage etc.)
- The desire to be a part of a successful, growing organisation
- Previous experience within another FinTech firm would be beneficial, but is in no way an essential requirement

Salary: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
