FP&A Manager
We’re seeking an FP&A Manager to join our CFO Function!
Managing a small team of two FP&A Accountants, you’ll support our Electricity Transmissions (ET) business by leading the end-to-end forecasting and reporting processes increasing effectiveness, and maximising the insight provided to meet all internal and external stakeholder requirements.
You’ll support our Senior Entity Controller develop and embed the quarterly forecast process across the UK regulated business. You’ll take the lead in transformational activities affecting the UK FP&A team, working closely with project teams to deliver a smooth transition to enhance processes and outputs. You’ll act as a business partner, supporting stakeholders in generating and interpreting business information and using it effectively to make informed business decisions. You’ll be proactive in building your own knowledge of RIIO-T2 and its impact on the industry and the business to support key decisions and advise and guide own business area.
About You:
You’re ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified Accountant with experience in budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning processes and internal and external management reporting. You’re a strategic finance leader, with strong stakeholder management skills that allow you to build working relationships as well as influence and shape decisions. You’re able to summarise complex transactions, weighing up all the relevant factors, such as how transactions impact other areas of the business to senior management and in formal board papers. You have good commercial understanding and experience, are focused on the detail, and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

What You'll Get:
£55,000 - £65,000 per annum - dependent on experience.

- Up to 15% Annual Bonus (based on personal and company performance)
