- Support various committees including the Board Audit Committee to give assurance that the IFRS 9 impairment and the related regulatory capital levels are adequate., specifically leading the monthly Impairment Council to provide challenge on provisions made. Proactively look at emerging trends/changes in legislation and assessing the impact of these on reporting requirements working closely with other departments.
- Chair the Financial Model Risk Forum to ensure that model risk is appropriately managed within the Finance function.
- Coordinate the month end reporting of Financial Risks to ALCo and beyond.
You should apply if:
- You have extensive experience with IFRS9 and Regulatory Capital.
