The Role:

The Finance Team at Bright Network operates the finances for the whole business, including our UK Platform, Technology Academy and supporting our expansion of Platform into Germany.

As our Finance Graduate, you'll be supporting the business by providing timely and accurate financial data which allows the Finance Team to guide the wider business to make informed decisions. You will also support the team by knowing the details of day-to-day finance transactions and provide confidence that the finance systems are updated and accurate. The role also offers a point of contact for the wider business to verify the financial data in their records, meaning you'll play a very important role throughout the wider business!

Alongside working toward an industry recognised qualification here are some of things you'll be doing:

• Keeping our accounting system up to date with new bank, supplier and client transactions
• Interacting with clients about their invoicing and payment for packages
• Working with budget owners across the business on their spend for the year
• Speaking to suppliers about scheduled payments
• Processing records accurately to help with smooth filings for HMRC
• Utilising the knowledge in your accountancy studies to bring new ideas to the finance team

• You will be working in a small finance team, meaning you'll be able to gain exposure to all elements of the finance lifecycle and gain an understanding of the inner working of a finance team
• You will gain an industry recognised accounting qualification (ACCA or CIMA) while working in a fast-paced business
• After completing your accounting qualification, you will have the ability to progress within the team on a permanent basis

• You are a recent graduate/graduating this year and are interested in a career within an internal finance role
• You want to study for an accounting qualification alongside your Finance Graduate role
• You are organised and are able to prioritise tasks accordingly
• You are enthusiastic, motivated and keen to learn and try new things

• You have a numerical/analytical mind

Key details:

• Salary: £30,000
• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: London, Liverpool Street and remote
• Reporting to: Financial Controller

Application & interview process:

• Initial 30-minute screening call with our Internal Talent Partner
• 1st round: 60-minute interview with our Financial Controller
• 2nd round: Presentation and Values interview
• Final round: 30-minute interview with our Chief Financial Officer
