Responsibilities:
- Taking charge of credit control to ensure the financial stability of our operations.
- Handling payroll efficiently to ensure our team is compensated accurately and on time.
- Managing accounts receivable to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Overseeing VAT and company returns to ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance or a similar role is required, preferably based in the UK.
- Knowledge of UK financial regulations and practices is essential.
- With demonstrated experience in finance roles, with a strong background in credit control, payroll, accounts receivable, and VAT.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance.
- Ability to analyse financial data and generate reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and management experience.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate financial information clearly and concisely.
