Who we are?
JD Fitness group are a Franchise group running Gyms all across the UK. We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team, leading the accounting, control and reporting of our Gyms including month-end close and Payroll responsibilities.

Job Description

• End-to-end management of the Accounts Payable ledger
• End-to-end management of the Accounts Receivable ledger
• Bank reconciliations
• Payment runs
• Processing the staff expenses
• Processing Staff Payroll
• Credit card reconciliations
• Managing the transnational inbox
• Dealing with any Purchase or Sales ledger invoices
• Ad hoc reporting
• Maintain financial controls including key controls over payments, bank accounts, and company assets. Ensure all balance sheet accounts are fully reconciled each month and reconciling items attended to.
• Oversees cost management to safeguard the business and assets

The Successful applicant will -

• Have approximately 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant etc.)
• Have your AAT (min level 3) qualification
• Have prior experience of doing bank reconciliations
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables etc.)
• Be confident and a good team-player

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
