Supporting our Manchester head office finance team, you will be responsible for assisting with the processing of accurate financial information and providing administrative support to the whole finance function.

This is an entry level, junior administrative role ideal for someone looking to gain a wide range of experience with the finance function within a busy team.

Duties include:

• Record Purchase invoices in an accurate and timely manner in SAP.
• Processing of Employee cash expenses
• Reconciliation of selected SSC costs and allocation in SAP
• Maintain intercompany recharge information and associated reconciliation
• Vendor Statement reconciliation
• BACS Payment account maintenance
• Maintain electronic document storage in SAP
• Provision of copy documentation for Customer queries
• Customer account reconciliation between Aftersales system and SAP
• Consolidation of Aftersales information for Multiples
• General finance administrative duties
• Assist other members of the finance function where necessary

Education:

• College level qualifications ideally within related subjects

Experience:

• Knowledge of and ability to use various computer systems
• Intermediate excel knowledge
