The Programme
You’ll spend three years working across Smiths Group, completing a minimum of five rotations, including a rotation working abroad in one of our businesses. Smiths will also support you gaining the ICAS qualification. You’ll be highly visible to senior leaders and will be fully supported by a programme manager, line manager and mentor.
You will be supported by a graduate programme manager throughout the three-year programme to ensure that you reach your potential and have the skills you need to succeed in the organisation.
You’ll gain an accredited qualification – ICAS – across the three years and move to a Finance role in one of our global businesses at the end of the programme.
About You
Minimum 2:1 in any degree subject
Strong interest in finance and business
Committed and able to work in a changing environment
Strong social and relationship skills
Self-starter and self-sufficient - will hit the ground running
Additional languages desired but not essential
Strong desire to work across a global business
