An exceptional opportunity for a graduate to join our 3-year Finance Graduate Scheme at Kingfisher, consisting of 3 x 12-month rotations whilst studying for a professional accounting qualification (ACCA or CIMA). During this scheme we will show you more than just finance at Kingfisher. We feel it’s really important you get a chance to understand our business, spend time in our retail stores, see how we serve our customers and communities, have opportunities to collaborate across all levels of finance and learn from & challenge the existing team. We’d love this scheme to help build our future leaders within Finance at Kingfisher.
This role will be based from our London Paddington office with a starting salary of £31,910 + benefits.What's the job?:

- 3-year rotational programme across Group Finance, where you will gain exposure in several different areas of finance within the business.
- Every step of the way you’ll be mentored towards becoming a qualified accountant. We’ll support you in gaining either an ACCA or CIMA qualification.
- Across the programme, you’ll be supported but also challenged as you develop your understanding of the core principles of accounting, broader areas of Group finance looking at key financial outputs that used by the business and external stakeholders and enhancing your analytical and commercial skills to help us explain performance against internal and external expectations.
A degree or equivalent in a Finance related field with the desire to become a qualified accountant.- IT literate with a good knowledge of Excel
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Results-focused with the ability to prioritise multiple projects.
- Able to work as part of a team but also be self-motivated.
