Job description
JOB PURPOSE:
To provide finance business partnering support to the GV Global Functions to drive improved business performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
FP&A & Partnering
- Oversee all financial aspects of GV BU including current and future performance, identification and realisation of opportunities and risks.
- Present monthly financials to BU and finance leadership demonstrating business insight and acumen
- Provide technical and analytical expertise and drive improvements in the quality and reliability of financial information.
Strat Planning and Initiatives, Operating Plan and Forecasting
- To manage all aspects of the forecasting and planning cycles from timetabling through to consolidation of regional outputs and central functions
- To provide input into the strategic planning cycles with respect to GlobalView business cases, including securing functional alignment
Management Reporting, Financial Close and Control Activities
- Accountable for full P&L reporting and associated operational metrics for the GlobalView business
- Ensure compliance with all ADP financial policies across the BUs ensuring accurate reporting and communication of financial information and messaging.
Matrix Management
- To provide matrix leadership to the GV CoE and drive towards standardisation across GV regional work processes and outputs
- To Influence standardisation of operating processes across the GV business
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Matrix environment, leveraging CoE and regional FP&A teams
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge required:
- Microsoft Office skills essential, advanced level in Excel and Databases.
- Oracle, Hyperion Enterprise and Hyperion Planning experience preferred.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Qualified Accountant preferred
- Degree in business related subject preferred
- Financial Planning experience essential
