Stoneacre continues to expand at a rapid rate due to continued success with key recruitment opportunities at our Head Office based at Thorne near Doncaster. Our Digital department has rapidly become one of the fastest growing departments within the business and as a result we are looking to recruit motivated, enthusiastic individuals like yourself to join our team and progress.

Our Digital department has a number of teams:

· Finance Team that assist and support customers who are looking at obtaining a line of credit to purchase a vehicle through Stoneacre Motor Group

· Digital Team assists and supports customers who are looking for a valuation on their current vehicle and also may want to purchase a new vehicle through us. Also dealing with multi-channel enquires from our website which include: phone, emails and online chat. They also deal with enquires from our franchise partners on brand new vehicles.

The Role / Day to Day Duties:

· Qualifying and processing customer's application details

· Prioritising workload

· Using your expertise to obtain a line of credit for customers

· Booking pre-approved customers into the branches

· Responding to emails that come into the team inbox

· Liaise with finance companies

· Operating within FCA guidelines

· Retaining a customer focus with intention of gaining maximum customer satisfaction scores

Are You?

· Confident in speaking on the phone

· Sales driven

· Ability to pick up systems and be confident with Microsoft office.

· Ability to handle objections

· Ability to work as a team as well as manage own time and daily activities

WE OFFER:

· Mon-Fri between 8.30-7pm, Sat 9-5pm, Sun 10.30-4.30pm. 37.5 hours per week pro rata.

· Onsite parking and canteen

· Close to Thorne North train station (4/5 minute walk)

· Basic Salary of £20,000 / OTE of £25k – excellent uncapped bonus structure.
*This will be pro rata, based on a part time role. Salary to be determined once hours are agreed*

Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
