We are looking for a strong Finance Business Partner to join the LEGO Group in its exciting journey in Western Europe.
Core Responsibilities
- Finance Business Partner for Western Europe Amazon team and part of the Amazon (Leadership Team) LT.
- Steer financial planning and performance reviews to ensure delivery of short-term and long-term financial targets in collaboration with country Finance Business Partners (FBPs).
- Lead spending effectiveness and productivity agenda. Drive strong budget governance including monthly & year-end closing and various control processes.
- Support business team in assessing risk & opportunity and gap to target activation.
- Co-work with various finance/governance functions including Tax, Legal, Accounting to ensure business model and financial operation compliance.
- Represent Finance in Amazon customer meetings

This role will be part of the Markets & Channels Finance Business Partnering team, a group of finance professionals who support Markets and Channels (M&C) across the world to deliver the LEGO Groups vision and strong short term/long term business results. Specifically, this role will be with the M&C Western Europe Finance Business Partnering team, with team members spread across Western Europe with diversified profile and background, seamlessly collaborating/supporting each other.
Do you have what it takes?
- Successful track record in a Finance partnering role, combined with a good proven understanding of eCommerce.
- Strong data & analytics skill with consistent track record of leveraging data to steer trade-off discussions with senior business leaders.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and is not afraid of getting into detail.
- A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- Takes initiative, recognises and acts on opportunities with high degree of autonomy.
