Finance Associate Remote

Your mission
Our Finance team is seeking a Finance Associate who will report directly to the Lead of Finance. If you're eager to play a key role in optimizing the efficiency of our financial operations, this position may be ideal for you.
What will be your day to day:
Accounts Receivable
Manage and streamline the billing processes
Perform accounts receivable entries
Control the collection process
Be the point of contact between Finance and the Customer Facing Teams
Perform AR reconciliations
Support other inherent day-to-day tasks of the accounts receivable function
Accounts Payable
Manage the relationship with the suppliers
Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
Control the RFI status of foreign suppliers
Prepare payments
Perform AP reconciliations
Be part of the purchasing process
Accounting
Organize the documentation to be sent to the accounting service provider
Assist with data gathering and support of tax audits
Perform month-end account reconciliations, including banks and credit cards
Maintain and improve internal processes and controls
Your profile
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business management, economics or equivalent
1+ year of Audit/Consulting experience
Advanced skills in MS Office, namely Excel
Understanding of SaaS business models and Google Workspace tools would be a plus
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail-oriented work
Good communication and time management skills
