Finance Officer
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
All Year Round – 52 weeks
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Warwickshire NJC Scale H SCP 17 – 22 £26,845 - £29,439
Our Lady of the Magnificat MAC are looking to recruit a Finance Officer to support the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Finance Officers within the Central Team. This role will be based at the Central Hub in Trinity Catholic School, in Leamington Spa but some work will be required in other schools. Finance is a happy, supportive, and loyal team and we look forward to welcoming a new team member.
The successful candidate will:
- Assist in the production of monthly management accounts supported by the Senior Finance Officer
- Assist with the production of regular forecasts and budgets.
- Review payroll journals and costs
- Ensure invoices have the correct nominal ledger code.
- Manage the petty cash for the schools.
- Process any ParentPay and other bank receipts/payments as required.
- Assist with the annual audit processes.
- Work with other team members to ensure tight deadlines are achieved.
