Job description
We’re a creative bunch, driven by our determination to provide clients with the fuel they need to take their brand further.
We work hard, but we also work smart.
We’ve designed our working week to suit everyone. Whether you’re someone who thrives on bouncing ideas off your colleagues 5 days a week, or you need flexibility and prioritise a good work/life balance.
At Kendan Group we allow YOU to design your own working week. Here are just some of the perks you can enjoy:
- We operate a 60% remote working policy. Meaning you’re only required to be in the office two days a week. But if you’d prefer to be in the office more often, we’d love to see you.
- Choose your hours to suit you. Our core hours are 10-4, but you can work the rest of your hours however best suits you.
- Unlimited holiday. Unpaid for anything over 28 days.
- Birthdays off. Because we're sure you've got somewhere better to be on your birthday.
- Enjoy our relaxed office setup. Our offices are set in the quirky The Old Joinery, which offers plenty of options for hot desking if you fancy a change of scenery.
- Employee assistance program (EAP) with a perks platform. 24/7 helpline covering financial support and mental health and wellbeing.
- Monthly team lunches. At Kendan, we want our team to feel united and close-knit, which is why we organise monthly team lunches - strictly no work chat!
- Free fruit & snacks. Treat yourself to something from our drinks fridge, and help yourself to fresh fruit and yoghurts.
- Discounted gym membership. Enjoy no-joining fee and discounted monthly payments.
- Cycle to work. Using the cycle to work scheme you can get a bike for the commute to work.
- Free Macbook. We'll give you the best tools for the job!
We understand that creativity can’t be forced, which is why we wouldn’t expect you to be forced to fit into an old fashioned office culture.
