What you'll be doing:
We're currently recruiting a dedicated Finance Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Universities on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Calculating purchasing income invoice values, through use of Distributor statistics and supplier trackers
Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers to agree purchasing income invoice values
Raising invoices on the Winshuttle template
Accurately recording invoice values on the Super Category invoice trackers
Building relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, to ensure the timely and accurate invoicing of purchasing income
Advising Data Management of Material price changes
Completing Deal Amendment Forms and liaising with Data Management to ensure correct deal loading
Liaising with Credit Control to resolve debt issues
Who you are:
Our ideal Finance Assistant will:
High numeric and analytical skills
Ability to communicate oral and written information concisely and logically
Ability to analyse and evaluate information
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively plan and organise own work
Good spreadsheet knowledge
Positive attitude towards colleagues
Knowledge of SAP and Cognos (Data Warehouse) is desirable
Previous analytical or financial experience
