Finance Assistant x2 (two posts available)
Post 1: Permanent, Full-Time, 35 hours per week
Post 2: 1 Year Fixed Term, Full-Time, 35 hours per week
Salary: Grade 2 £21,532 - £23,343 per annum (Successful candidates will commence at £21,532 per annum)
Location: Hybrid/City Campus
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will assist the Finance Team on the provision of an effective and accurate purchase and sales ledger system. You will provide administrative support in relation to financial processes; contribute to the maintenance of finance databases and support systems by accurate input and retrieval of data.
One of the main duties of this post is Credit Control.
To apply for this position, you must have an HNC/3 Higher Grades or equivalent level qualification or demonstrable experience along with previous experience of working in a Finance role. You will also have a working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel and databases and have the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
