The Role:
We are seeking a smart and highly motivated finance assistant to join a successful, growing finance team at YouLend. Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience within a similar role and will have used Netsuite previously. The role will be responsible for the bank reconciliation and AP processes for the UK group as well as supporting the finance team with various duties including reporting, analysis and project work. The role will be well suited to someone who likes working in a fast-paced, high volume and process-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the Accounts Payable process
- Bank reconciliations
- Bookkeeping
- Involvement in the monthly payroll process
- Involvement in year end and then yearly audit process
- Supporting Finance team with Ad-hoc queries
You have:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience using NetSuite.
- Good Microsoft office skills, with a focus on excel.
- Ability to work independently and in a small team.
- Working towards a relevant accountancy qualification.

Location: Hybrid work – minimum 2 days per week in office
Salary: £30-40k + bonus depending on experience
