Finance Assistant - VR/26925
Permanent Finance Assistant required to join our client a global service company in Aberdeenshire. Involved in the preparation of sales invoices and credit control, this is opportunity that would suit applicants with strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing monthly sales invoices.
- Timely preparing of invoices.
- Ensuring recharges are billed out within contracted timescale.
- Following up with clients regarding any overdue invoices.
- Assisting with coding and approval of supplier invoices.
- Assisting with input to monthly reporting – backlog.
- Updating project budget in the system for accurate tracking.
