Base Pay: £24,000-£26,000 (we’re happy to talk reduced hours)
Bonus: 10% depending on company performance

Our next project is to build the ultimate connected hub for the social home. It’s going to revolutionise the way residents interact with their homes and landlords manage their properties.
Your responsibilities
As a Finance Assistant you will be a key support to the growing Commercial Finance team. You take responsibility for Invoicing and Credit Control and develop key system skills to ensure our systems are aligned and reconciled. You will support the wider finance team and provide valuable opportunities for personal growth and learning.

Customer Invoicing
Customer Onboarding and Documentation Review
Customer relationship management
Process and Procedure improvement related to role
Finance system support and control.
Assisting in the Reconciliation of orders, to dispatches and Invoices
Support the Operations team in managing the returns and warranty process
General compliance and finance administration
Customer order processing
Other duties that may arise as we scale
Who You Are

Experience in a similar role, or strong transferable skill set
Calm and positive outlook
Strong customer service and/or admin background
Genuine love for finance and systems improvements
High attention to detail and a love of continuous learning and development.
Ability to handle multiple priorities to meet demanding deadlines.
Ability to identify issues and resolve them with minimum supervision
Experience in a high growth scale up would be favourable
AAT qualified or a desire to study for an accounting qualification is preferred
