Signature are delighted to be recruiting for a temporary Sales Ledger to join our client, a specialist care provider in central Bristol with parking. Working in a small and friendly team, experience within a finance team/function is needed, but most importantly you must bring drive and enthusiasm and a love of process.
This position is temporary and is paying £13/hr. Initially they need someone for 1 month, starting Friday 5th May. There is the opportunity for temp-perm for the right person also. If you have excellent attention to detail and strong data entry skills, this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Ledger processing of invoices
- Local authority invoicing
- Processing sales receipts
- Cross checking internal reports
- Maintaining the database
- Credit control
- Administration to support the finance team
Requirements
- Experience doing sales ledger within a finance team
- Understanding of Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills
- Proactive approach to work
