Palmer Harrington Recruitment is excited to offer a promising opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our client’s vibrant team in the Facilities Management industry. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate financial insights that empower decision-making. Your dedication will ensure financial integrity and adherence to established procedures and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Manage financial data and reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Create and process invoices.
  • Perform bank reconconciliations, process AP invoices, conduct payroll and other accounts duties.

Essential Experience:

  • 2 years of experience of the entire accounting function, from bank recs to accounts payable.
  • Proven experience in balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with either Facilties Management, Property Management or Construction industries.
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks, Xero or similar online accounting software.
