Job description
We are seeking to recruit a Finance Assistant to play a key role in all aspects of our Finance team. You will be primarily responsible for processing financial information relating to purchase ledger, payments and payroll, with a particular focus on accuracy as well as speed. You will also cover for other finance tasks.
Candidates will have experience within a similar role, be used to liaising with other colleagues at various levels, have excellent IT skills including knowledge of computerised accounting systems, be able to prioritise their work effectively to meet strict deadlines and work flexibly as part of a small team.
Experience of using an on-line purchase order and invoice approval system would be a distinct advantage.
You will be educated to ‘A’ level or equivalent standard and ideally be AAT qualified or equivalent.
