We are looking for a reliable and committed Finance Assistant, to support our Finance Officer with the day-to-day administration of our income and expenditure.
This is a part time role (10 hours per week), across 2-3 days.

Duties include:
- Processing incoming invoices, keeping accurate records of outgoings, producing invoices and keeping accurate records of income.
- Processing timesheets and travel claims
- Updating records of support hours delivered to ensure accurate invoices are produced
- Maintaining records of payments and arrears and producing quarterly rent statements for tenants.
- Dealing with routine financial queries from tenants, Service Users, staff or external parties promptly and appropriately.
Desired experience, qualities and skills include:
- Basic qualification in, or experience of using, accountancy software such as Quickbooks.
- Ability to work accurately with financial data.
- Experience of carrying out office duties
- ·Microsoft Office skills – particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Good standard of written English
