Madeleine Milburn is looking for a top candidate to support our day-to-day transactions. This is a part-time role (3 days a week), with the opportunity to work both from home and in our office in south west London (zone 2).
Requirements:
- A highly organised personality, pro-active and prepared to take initiative
- Excellent time management, organisation and communication skills, with an acute eye for detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and an ability to learn quickly other skills such as how to use our database.
- An aptitude for numbers.
Responsibilities:
- managing relationships with suppliers
- processing of supplier invoices including coding and sending to bookkeeper along with details of all office bank account payments
- payment of all purchase invoices
- payment of payroll and employee expenses
- Monthly upload of pension file and payment to NEST
- reconciliation of 2 company credit card statements including obtaining all relevant receipts
- management of ‘finance’ email inbox
- Fortnightly paying out to clients and sending relevant paperwork
- Processing author tax forms and royalty statements
