We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Finance Assistant to join our talented Finance team.

Working 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.

As a Finance Assistant you will work under the supervision of the Financial Controller. Your duties will include daily balancing of vouchers, payments and charges to guest accounts and supporting the other members of the accounts team. This is a varied role with an interesting range of responsibilities within a luxury hospitality environment.

What we are looking for:

  • Be able to demonstrate previous relevant experience
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organised and self-motivated
  • Have the ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Attention to detail and good time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • IT skills and good numeracy skills are essential
