Role: Finance Assistant
Part Time Role
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Full Time Equivalent per annum to be prorated to working 25/30 hours per week over 5 days (Monday to Friday)

We are delighted to be seeking a Finance Assistant for a fast-paced Finance Department
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Input all supplier invoices on accounting system
- Manage supplier invoice approval process
- Assist with supplier payment runs
- Input supplier payments on accounting system
- Input customer payments on accounting system
- Assisting with the Nursery Funding process
- Assist with Month-End and Year End tasks
- Adhoc projects
- Filing
Personal Attributes:
- Positive “can achieve” attitude
- Ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues
- Well-organised, methodical and efficient, have ability to use own initiative
- Possess a positive telephone manner
- Ability to multi task
Accounts Experience Preferred:
- Purchase Ledger
- Sage 50
