About you as Finance Assistant
- Accounting qualification (or working towards) is desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience of account procedures
- Passion and understanding for hospitality
- High levels of computer literacy including Excel
- Previous experience using SAP and Procure Wizard advantageous
- Happy to work Monday - Friday in our dandy finance office
Aim of Finance Assistant role
To support the operation through maintaining appropriate controls and administration and accounting functions
The role of Finance Assistant
- Proactively updaing flood flash an management allowances daily where needed
- Support cash banking and reconciliation
- FB Audit reconciliation and run Void reports and liaise with FB team where necessary
- Update Procure Wizard accordingly when goods/services are being received/completed and deal with any new suppliers via our Head of Procurement
- To raise PO for departments, including beverage or stationery when required as per stock levels
- Liaise with various teams for stock count are carried out within deadline and complete relevant SAP journals
- To perform basic holiday cover for other office members showing teamwork and flexibility
