We offer a salary of 22-25k p/a, dependant on experience.

So, more about our Finance Assistant role…

You will live and breathe our value of ‘own and deliver’ and take accountability for all our monthly transactional entry and reconciliations including Bank, Cash, Assets and Sales Ledger Accounts.

Your role will consist of:

  • Reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
  • Self-billing of invoices for Concession Partners
  • Reconciliation of credit card statements and other tender types.
  • Fixed asset accounting.
  • Monthly journals, including payroll, prepayments, accruals.
  • Manual invoicing.

· Accounts Payable functions and purchase ledger postings.

  • Credit Control functions and sales ledger postings.
  • Petty cash analysis.
  • Checking of Coding.
  • Ad hoc duties.

We are looking for someone with exceptional numeracy and organisation skills; working on accurate and timely financial data whilst always exploring opportunities to improve efficiency. Customer service is key; building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be vital to your success in this role.
