What we are looking for:
This role will assist the Finance Manager with the administration of the accounting function, including reconciliations and regular reporting, ensuring all policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.
The role will be responsible for:-
Processing purchase invoices and reconciling to purchase orders in accordance with company procedures
Resolving queries smoothly and efficiently
Monitor accounts email inbox
Setting up weekly payment runs for management review and approval
Statement reconciliations
Setting up suppliers
Creating sales invoices on Access Financials
Preparing VAT returns for review
Credit card reconciliations
Petty cash reconciliation
Ensuring all company policies and procedures are strictly enforced and adhered to
Any other ad hoc duties as required
You will have proven experienced in a similar role, have advanced proficiency with Excel, experience with Access Financials would be an advantage but not necessary as full training will be given.
