A keen eye for detail, great customer focus and a flair for numbers. That’s what we’re looking for in our new Student Finance Assistant.
This is a great opportunity if you have an interest in or have a little experience within a finance department and are looking to grow your finance/accounting experience.
It’s a full-time contract position to start as soon as possible, until August 2023. The role is set within our English Language school, just 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of Canterbury.
What’s the role?
Stafford House Study Holidays welcome large groups of international students each summer to stay, learn and have fun at our 6 centres across the UK.
Based in the Finance Department in Canterbury, you’ll produce and log invoices for our students, liaising with our reservations team to raise and manage invoicing and reconciliations.

What you’ll need to make a success of the role:
- A keen eye for detail and have friendly and confident communication skills
- Experience of raising and managing invoices and reconciliations is highly desirable
- Confident to learn our in-house accounting system, facilitating the raising of invoices
- Be available until the end of August 2023
